Or doctors who want to secure highly paid opportunities quickly through the right strategy, positioning, and connections.

This includes roles and advisory work across healthtech, pharma, consulting, and beyond.
This is not for those still exploring or starting from absolute scratch.

No industry experience required. We only need you to have a clear(ish) direction and readiness to act.

I’m not sure I want to leave the NHS completely. Is this still worth it?

Yes, if you have a clear focus. Most doctors build a portfolio career alongside clinical work.

I’m working full-time. Do I realistically have time for this?

You’re already spending time trying to figure this out.

What happens if I miss a session?

Do I have to quit my job?

How quickly will I see results?

Most doctors gain traction within weeks, with the goal of securing paid work within 3-6 months.

Is 90 days long enough to get results? What happens after?

Some doctors hit gold within weeks but the reality is, building a sustainable non-clinical career takes time, resilience and persistence.

Doctors who have made substantial traction in the first 90 days may be invited to join our 12 month Blueprint program.
